These pics don't looks like garetta on test server.
My thoughts :
We will be watching garetta destroyed by Orcs? And will have to revenge and restore town?

Lol no.
Garetta has been destroyed... by the beginning of expansion.
During 1st event of expansion WE have to restore. You can see the resored Garetta in test server.

Just
- Speak some NPC "Garetta became nicer than ever"
- Check the leaderboard of top restoration contributors next to fountain.
