Need help on reaching expedition camp.

Hello guys! I was wondering how I reach expedition camp, and what level u have to be. Ty

You have to be level 34 ( or at least I'm fairly sure) and all you have to do is go to Paradise Pier and speak to the NPCs Jorrick and then Captain Oarswood and you'll be teleported!

is it possible for low level player to access high level city??
earlier my lvl 8 sorc was able to get to paradise pier by joining a friend. but now I cannot invite my friend to any other city he hasnt discovered himself.
