You can change the time to custom if none of the pre-selected time zones are correct.

It seems to be getting worse...I posted about 2 weeks ago that it was 16 minutes or so off. :-/ Guys...I hate to break it to you all...but it looks like Spacetime is compressing.

I think when STS set the times for timezones, it was like a second off from the official time (I'm assuming they don't link to the international clock or whatever, otherwise it would be right) I believe that second has mutated over two years to become the 25 minutes. I'm kidding

But in all seriousness, the seconds probably aren't full seconds, even a milisecond off, and the times eventually become wrong because they do add up. It's the same reason we have leap year, without that, eventually Spring would be like Winter. >.< It's only going to get worse, so (like Pharcyde said) just set your own time.
