New mythic ring proc stackable?

Does anyone know if the new mythic ring proc can stack luck or time. Today, I was farming Mali eggs and I noticed it would proc for 12 seconds near the end but he wasn't dead yet and then it would "reproc" pretty much instantly making me think the proc can stack. This happened multiple times btw.

No. Only with other items/pets/elixirs that stack

you can't double proc. When the proc is activated, there is a cooldown that blocks the proc from double proc-ing. You can't stack 2-3 ring procs......
