    Default WiFi connection issue

    I am trying to play PL on a Verizon Droid 2. When trying to use the WiFi connection my phone will not connect to the severs to even allow me attempt to log in. I have a relatively new router(netgear wpn824 v3). I have tried to use port fowarding(ports 4050-4099, and 80) but still nothing. Any suggestions??

    If the internet is working still and you can do other things on it, then try reinstalling PL.

    I have tried that at least once... I even took out my SD card and reset the phone before reinstalling it.

    The problem sounds like it is somewhere in your Wi-Fi. I only have trouble connecting to PL (Wont even give me the option to log in) when I am at school. The school wi-fi networks don't allow or are not strong enough to support PL through them.

    How good is your wi-fi service? I know there are some basic wi-fi packs that only give you connection to the internet, and very low service when it comes to loading data to a app from several thousand miles away.

    its a cable modem connection running 6.0mbs download and 0.5mbs upload and i am sitting right near the router

    I have this problem at random places also...at home I've only got a 768k dsl connection and I've no problems unless I've got a couple devices using bandwidth then I have difficulty maintaining a good connection with pocket legends server.

    a bird in the hand make blowing your nose difficult.

    I have been able to connect to PL on WiFi at a different location so I dont think its the app or the phone.... are there is ports or other setting I may need to adjust on the router that may help me play on WiFi at home?
