Not able to open AL

I dont know why this is happening but my al app does not seem to go past this point



Thats it, its stuck there the green bar is not moving , meanwhile iam playing on my PC but this is happening on both my mobile devices.

Cani get some help regarding this?

When I last updated my app it was only 34 files...I dont understand where did this 35 file come from.

I reinstalled it and this is happening only after i reinstalled it before it was stuck on loading...

my internet is fine as i said iam able to play on PC but not on mobile devices...

Are you using iOS? I'm having issue loading into the game on my iPad and iPhone.

Nope i use android but i had issues loading into the game too i deleted the game now this...

I think the 34 files are for normal game stuff (i.e. Maps/Enemies/NPCs/Items/Item Stats)
and the 35th file is for special events...(just a guess)

To topic,
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling AL?
(btw, try clearing your app cache)

I have tried to reinstall arcane legends but it wont work...

A much better way is to go to

Apllication manager >>> Arcane legends >>> force stop >>> clear data
