The devs would probably frown upon anything that celebrates doing something illegal.

This IS a kids game, devs have said so. It's for all ages, yes, but it is kids friendly, which classifies it as a kids game. That's why the commercial is airing on nickaloean and cartoon network as opposed to ABC family and stuff like that.
Also, it is against the forum rules to discuss illegal activity.
I could think of these possibly being violated:

Mmmm. Not sure a pothead guild is going to be very popular in a game that prides itself on maintaining a safe and relatively friendly environment for all ages.
Also there is no Frisbees in the game. Sorry might want to rethink this one.
