I did the game of war off for over 100 plat I reached strong hold level 5 and didn't receive my platinum and getting to strong hold lvl 5 sucked trust me please help me I could really use that plat

You have to submit a ticket to offer provider, its most likely nativex your talking about.

Take a screenshot of stronghold at lv5, send it to the support team...and they will give u the plat

Location might have something to do with it too maybe, least fyber and nativex refund you the plat you are missing

fyber works well, lol nativex doesnt even open(probably coz of location)

I did fyber similiar offer, for 53 plats, didnt get, so i send em screenshots of that game in my home screen,my stronghold, the offer in my al. In an hr i received it.

I did this one to but it didn't work. I had to ss, as stated above, for them to fork over the plat. Once I sent the ss though it was relatively quick. Gl.

I'm in the same boat with that trialpay they are so bad its unreal. I contacted support and they got back to me a day later with an email I could send the ss to but I'm still waiting for their reply. If I don't get it 2night they can expect some more abuse from me. I think sts should look into it and remove them as a free plat offerer. I wanted my plats for the x2 weekend but it doesn't look like I will receive any at all

^this... That app offer just doesn't like to complete... If u want your plat and it didn't confirm you need to send pics to fyber... I did through trial pay long time ago and had same problem (so do most people) and after clicking stupid bubbles to get to lv 5 and no reward I feel you pain!
