As of now, yes. It makes the most sense to me as far as the people playing end game, and the fact that the majority of people's mains are end game.

If the league grows, however, I'm willing to branch it out into other levels with help from secondary managers. I don't think I could oversee end game on top of multiple twink levels, especially if I want to participate myself.
