Yes 2 where looted by an glitch in lockeds of winter event but they fixed it pretty quick... to bad they did.

They could be available in elons and necros and ursumes. Lockeds are normally opened on a large scale and new loot was coming...and they were really old pets. So they were removed from normal locks...
