If you mean how I get to draw this good, I draw all the time with the help of free online tutorials and looking other artist's art closely.
If you mean how to draw these, first make a basic sketch, make line work, and then basic color fills, then color the highlights and shadows and finally draw the background. You can search youtube to help draw these.

Also I use procreate for iPad, those pc apps are just for random doodles.
I'm not very busy, but my iPad has been getting laggy. I can draw traditionally if that's okay
