Ok please do and how did you get red ring L75 quest?

5 hit, 10 damage, 10 health, 10 mana, 5 armor

Green gives additional 1 HS, blue 1 ms, red 1 crit. Gold gives all 3 of those boosts at the cost of 2 damage. Black gives I believe all 3 without the cost of the 2 damage, plus 2 additional health.

Going entirely off of memory, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, all rings require level 60+

If you mean the quest to craft it along with 3pc, the NPCs are in BSM town.
