Getting pushed off the map?

Hey, is anyone able to reproduce a player, etc. being pushed off a map? Even if you've only seen it happen once, I'd like to hear from ya...

I really do think it has something to do with the mobs ability to stomp and pull... my guess is their code is missing the full checks in it for statics like the players have when they run/walk.

Keeper pushed me off the map once, and i could stay there the rest of the game, if i wanted to. but i needed to kill keeper so i went back to the keepers room. I think it was victory lap.
I also saw a shadow mummy go in-between the wall where king mynas is and the hallway.
EDIT: another one is being stuck in ice, I was fooling around and I was being the ice, he took over my keyboard. And for the keeper one, I said I'm stuck so I guess I couldn't stay.

I love being pushed off a map I've done it several times on purpose in ao2 and 3 and occasionally in the swamps so we can jump the bosses and since the bosses can't buff at that point they die in 3-10 seconds
