It's a bit slow today for me too. Yesterday I watched him and it didn't chug at all. About the stream quality, I can only change it when I'm on my PC. When in mobile, there is no feature to do so.

There should be a setting to do so on both platforms. I'll look into it, I know that when I watch my own stream from tablets and computers I am able to change the settings on both.

Gary I'm not sure why its chugging. Is it even watchable or just unbearable frame rate?

The option to change quality is inly given to the streamer or to the viewers if the streamer is partnered to twitch
