And btw... Choose armor colors at character creation? It's been a while since I've made a new char, but doesn't that mean new players will have different color undergarments while we oldies will still look like hobos when naked? Or will everyone have the opportunity to change it? I'm really confused about this one.

I don't think this is Sewer King Set. Otherwise they would have to add Sewer King Item's. I think they are just adding the Crown of Persistence Sets.
