What if there was a quest for arcane weapons to become lvl 41 weapons(very hard) example the nefarious hooks you must take 3 quests for maul 2 quest for kershal 1 quest
for hooks first quest you must kill elite inan hesh 3 times 1 enraged using the hooks then for second quest you must kill all elite boss in tindrin 2 times each wearing the hooks and for the third quest you must kill ALL BOSSES normal and elite once do 2 arena run and all planar tombs once wearing the hooks then after this your hooks will be crafted by an NPC and give you the lvl 41 hooks
For the Maul first quest you must kill ALL of the last bosses of all elite and normal maps(enraged for inan hesh) do 3 arena runs and do pt3 once wearing the Maul for the second quest you must kill grimnr , inan hesh(enraged) , rendtail 5 times and run pt 1,2,3 twice each and run arena 3 times wearing the Maul then you will go to the NPC to craft your Maul to be lvl 41
For Kershal only 1 super hard quest you must kill ALL BOSSES normal and elite once run pt1,2,3 thrice each run arena 5 times and do any 3 elite maps solo(nordr and up) wearing Kershal then after go to NPC to craft your Kershal to be 41
EXAMPLE STATS:
Hooks-65 Dex 37 int 25 str 10%crit and dodge 200 armor
Maul-65 str 37 dex 25 int10% crit and dodge 200 armor
Kershal-65 into 37 Dex 25 str 10% crit and dodge 200 armor

This is something like the upgraded mythic set so that these items will be more useful

Arcanes must not be upgradable. Craftable is enough.

Arcanes are game changing gears so if you want your old arcane weapon upgrade into lvl 46 than below ingredients r compulsory

1.Arcane maul + arcane shard + new rage of rengol elite boss kill+ some recipies for upgrade it to lvl 46 arcane

Note:- More rich players are dump arcane gears (include shade)
