Nekro is REALLY OP, already right now the game is screwed due to having like +30 more nekros in the game. I feel bad for next season's PvP Players.... Time to get annihilated :P
The game is screwed if only a portion of players have the best stuffs!!
If you are unlucky, you have a no way to pvp atall against those nekro rogues.
If 2500 times running the arena gives you a nekro, you can work your way for nekro and so can those next season's pvp players.
2500 run is a huge amount of run. Like titan said, I also doubt if anyone has run the arena that many time yet!
Pvp shouldn't be all about pets!
Releasing way too OP pets were bad idea for pvp. This idea will let other catches where they fall back in pet departments!
Atleast the hardworkers will get those nekros as they will be untradable. Isn't that supposed to be that way only? Work hard, be the best. Luck/plats should only be a shortcut to stepping up.
The current RNG system is not benefiting most of the farmers atall.
This idea is brilliant, yet has been suggested before by merch_master.
But wouldn't it be unfair to people who have run 5000 runs, but still no fossils? Hmmm. Then there comes new player who capped just this morning, started to run 1000 runs INSTEAD 6000 runs. Luckily he can do it more often because people will intend to do arena by then, because of the 1000-token fossil.
Arcanes can't be bought with token money. Lootable and craftable are the best ways.

I find 2500 runs for fossil is perfect way to get farmers rewarded. Arena tokens should be implemented!

We need to keep bumping this post until a mod/admin gives feedback on it and actually implements this idea to the game. 2500 runs seems a bit too long though, if its 2500 runs, it would be roughly 300 hours or so of farming? Correct me if I'm wrong, not good at math here. And that much time seems a bit too much for a pet. Assuming it takes the average pt around 8 minutes for an arena run, that would be 7.5 runs/hour, assuming again that there's no breaks or anything involved. Even with 1500 runs that would be 200 hours of someones life. Either way, this idea needs to be implemented to players actually have a CHANCE to OBTAIN NEKRO. These rich people had their time with it, now its time to let other people use it as well.

Uhm if EVERYONE can get a nekro, how does the game die? More like the game grows cause the luck aspect isnt annoying people and making them rage quit feeling like they wasted all thwir money on ankhs and pots. Lmao everyone can PvP with a chance more like.Because more Nekros = Game End.

The problem I see in implementing this is plat buyers complaining that f2p players shouldn't be able to get the best stuff. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty that do want for f2p players to have a chance, but remember that those who buy the most plat have the most influence over what sts implements in the game. And of course, they wouldn't want to get killed by a f2p player using a nekro with maxed out gears. Just remember that
