How do you get the cleansed essences??

Planar essence

do daily planar tomb quest everyday to get 10, also while running tombs sometimes mobs and boss drop one, but mainly do the daily quest.

Cleansed Rutger, Glob and Frostr essence

U need to get a planar relic from planar tombs NPC for 250k gold, then go to arena and kill that bosses (whit the relic in ur inventory) to loot often rutger, glob and frostr essence when u defeat one of these bosses.

When u get one of these need to clean using planar essence, check ur craft section while having planar relic in inventory.
