Will the double attack bonus for goblin weapons remain after event?

I know it wasn't on last years weapons at all but was added for the event this year. The fact that the bonus shows up in yellow writing makes me think it's only during the event but I'm hoping its permanent.

It is a permanent effect on the weapon. The yellow text was simply to make it stand out from the stats.

Why do the dot proc don't work in Pvp fibus? Just wondering!
