Default Custom Recurve Set, The Best Set for Birds... and Here's why

1.) It has the Cool Green Sparkles
    2. The 26 HS really comes into play because of the Global Cool-down, now birds can't spam all their skills. It requires careful choosing of skills and ALOT and I mean ALOT of Birds now run like crazy, during this time you gain back valuable HP
    3. Would you sacrifice around 15 damage (not 18) for a Huge gain in HS? thats the Question and In my opinion its worth it...
    4. Set Bonus blows RR out of the park. +7 crit, +13 dmg, +6 ms, +5 hs, +2 armor, +2 dodge!!!

    Here's why I disagree.

    1. Birds are most effective choosing either pure offence (RR is still superior) or defence (drainers, dodge is godly.)

    2. Although we spam offensive skills more, we get debuffed less in pvp, and the fights aren't long enough to make the H/s useful except maybe between fights.

    Check my reason 1 & 2.

Custom is a lot closer to RR now and the H/s does have advantages, but I wouldn't say custom is better. At the most, they're even in usefulness. Drainers is by far more useful in pvp now anyways.

You can have your opinion and I'll have mine ^^ I still think that custom blows both sets out of the park.

Well I'm sure now with the gcd, switching sets based on your opponents will be very helpful. Pvp seems to be about knowing the precise counter for your enemy now as opposed to being fast and comboing on everyone. I pvped against many mages since the update, and against their quick-attack nuking, drainers works best. I haven't extensively tested, but I hear drainers is the best bird on bird as well.

Custom may have an advantage fighting those tough paladins, and possibly bears and warbirds (if anyone uses them still).

I also like 2 shotting mages because their attack nuking takes long now ^^
