That's because they have classed jarl as a mini boss not a world boss and he will not drop ankh during this event

Jarl is the quickest pass time for some extra gold for pots frok locked if you get a free luck lix XD it's the only map I can actually do when I'm out on a coffee break because it's fast and can pug
