some suggestions

1) the global cool down with new update sucks, makes people play even worse.
2) lack of Clan and Clan chat will attract less players, where most PC MMOs have this capability.
3) Full chat screen with scroll up and scroll down with filters for people social, the game is not just for play, it is also where people socialize.
4) Mail option may be needed for contacting offline players with limited last 15-20 mails.

Don't get me wrong, because I love this game.
