Nativex offers

The Nativex offers seem to never work for me. I end up having to buy the platinum I need for the platinum item packs. I spent over $20 on platinum and I didn't even get the item I wanted. Please message Nativex and tell them to fix these offers or atleast add more. The only other option is Trialpay and those are 100% useless.
