People keep saying that, but if enough people voice enough displeasure by leaving the game then GCD will go byebye. I don't think that will happen, but you never know.

Having said that GCD in its current form is better than day one. It *IS* glitchy however. To insure a spell is going to be case, I generally have to tap 2 or 3 times on said skill.
