Jewels are scaled for level 30 based on the filter. We dont know the increase for 41 or 46 yet. Looks decent for 15 for stat increase I think. +5. Didnt verify the damage jewel though.

I have gotten fury lightning mind nature and water cracked jewels in Wilds. I got mind and fury also in WT4.
