Critique my build please!

I've been experimenting with dual spec bear builds with dex and str... So far this one has worked really well for PvE, but I don't know how good it would be for PvP. I know it lacks range already.

So any suggestions on improvements would be helpful. Just don't say pure dex because Ive already done that and decided to try something new lol...

NOTE: It still might work with GCD, but I would recommend using just the stat build and the items.
Skill build should be: 6 Rage, 6 Hell Scream, and then 2 more skills for max use of getting used to GCD

Start with 20. Much more good twinks there willing to share tactics.
Your build is not going to work for PvP, I don't think, except for those few mages that don't run.
If your going to go melee, then I would suggest a Board and Nail

All dex.

Snowball Launcher or lvl 15 Jewel Talon/Tinsel and a lvl 10 sniper wing or lvl 15 peppermint wing and lvl 15 expert. Your crit can be over 50 when raged.
