What's Happening With Locked Grand Crates of the Watch

Hi everyone. Last week we posted more info about the new Ren'gol Crates that are coming with the expansion. Thanks for all the great feedback and discussion in that thread!

In the course of the discussion some people asked for more detail about what's going to happen with the Locked Grand Crates of the Watch so here it is:

1. Locked Grand Crates of the Watch will stop dropping this Thursday, June 25.
2. All of the Locked Grand Crates of the Watch you have in your inventory will remain until you decide to open, sell, trade, or otherwise use them.
3. The loot in the Locked Grand Crates of the Watch will stay the same. You'll still have the same chances to get the same great stuff (including Maridos Lemon & Lime, Samael, the Arcane Fossil, Maul of Ollerus, Kershal Scepter, and more) from those crates.
4. This Thursday we'll also be having a limited time sale on Locked Grand Crates of the Watch! For a limited time you'll be able to open them for 8 Platinum instead of 15.

So there you have it. Truly the end of an era and the beginning of an exciting new one in Arcane Legends. Have fun and please do keep the great feedback coming!

All event related crates already do not drop, however if you are referring to the prospect of Event chests being open-able for 8 Platinum, I believe that will be the case. I have to put the disclaimer that you can't quote me on that!

So sts said that the locked grand crates OF THE WATCH will stop dropping once the expansion comes out.
Finally,after over a year of waiting and a half a year of boredom we finally get to play the next expansion of Arcane Legends, The Rage of the Ren'gol!

But still, some more questions to ask:
-do you have any plans on updating the skill sistem,like adding new skills?
-is this expansion going to have cutscenes? if yes,are you going to make cutscenes for the other campaigns aswell?
-are you going to do some balance for pvp? like reducing the gap between hardcore pvpers and casual pvpers?(like the situation with the new player with crappy gear and the full-geared twink with nekro and stuff like that)
-when ursoth's assault coming?
-are you going to add some odle-yodeler like quests in the expansion?
-who,or what exactly is the four-legged creature?
-by adding ankhs and maridos in to the game,which are arabian theme,and that mysterious message in february producer letter (oh,and don't get scared if you see him,he is lost and should be home soon), everyone thought you are going to have some arabian and alien themed expansion just like PL
What did go wrong? Why didn't you add it like this? Everyone was confused when you released the first sneak peeks...
But still you guys did a very,very good job with the expansion!Best for AL so far!The mobs look cool,the music sound great and the new town is gorgeous!

Now, in all arlor there are like 48000000 lockeds grand crate, do you think that with this crate sale the locked end? lols this help but LOOOL.

They will stop dropping when the next update comes out on june 25th.

lol looks like this update for old locks is not enough to consume all the locks in arlor, (about 100-200k locks in arlor) ...price lock is still the same...still 2.5k to 3.3k at auc...
