Default A little incomplete L23 Fbow Bear Guide!

Hi guys here is a simple guide on L23 Fbow Bear

    Table of contents
    1. Types of Builds
    2. Gear
    3. Faces
    4. Combo
    5. Advanced Tips

    1. Types of Builds
Nuke – 6 Rage, 6 Beckon, 6 Stomp, 1 Hell Scream, 1 Super Mega Slash, 1 Crippling Slash, 1 Vengeful Slash
    Balanced(recommended) – 6 Rage, 6 Hell Scream, 6 Stomp, 1 Beckon, 1 Super Mega Slash, 1 Crippling Slash, 1 Crushing Blow
Even more Balanced(Even more recommended ) – 6 Rage, 6 Hell Scream, 5 Stomp, 1 Beckon, 1 Iron Blood, 1 Super Mega Slash, 1 Crippling Slash, 1 Crushing BlowName: Screenshot_2015-06-25-22-34-08.png
Views: 346
Size: 138.4 KB

    2. Gear
You can use Dex Halloween Bone Helms, but I use the L23 Sniper’s Avian Helmet most of the time and it works just fine. Name: Screenshot_2015-06-25-22-33-04.png

    3. Faces
Hit% is usually more important but you can go for Armor or the Crit face, if you are better with bear, you can use the Panda.

    4. Combo
Bear vs Bear – Rage, Beckon, Stomp, Hell Scream, Slash

Bear vs Mage – Rage, Beckon, Hell Scream, Slash, Stomp

Bear vs Bird – Rage, Beckon, Slash, Hell Scream, Stomp

Bear vs Fox – Rage, Hell Scream, Beckon, Slash, Stomp

Bear vs Rhino – Rage, Beckon, Stomp, Super Mega Slash, Hell Scream, Slash, Stomp

    5. Advanced Tips
Bear vs Bear – Hell Scream before getting Hell Screamed, try to Hell Scream just after Stomping

Bear vs Mage – Hell Scream only AFTER the Mage Heals, Stun and Root them in place and keep them in auto distance so they cannot kite you

Bear vs Bird – Not much to say but Birds are very dodgy so just try to keep them in auto range

Bear vs Fox – When they first leap towards you or hypnotize you, Hell Scream once they get close enough, continue with Beckon, Slash, Stomp afterwards but try to avoid their auto

Bear vs Rhino – Rhinos are really tanky so get them to use Guardian first by doing Bekcon, Stomp, Super Mega Slash, then once their Guardian wears off, Hell Scream and try to nuke them out.

For great PvP Tips, you can always check out DivineMoustache aka Fight's YouTube Channel.
Here are some great links: here and here

So, make a L23 Fbow Bear NOW!

p.s. Hope uses Purple Fbow because Hope is poor :P

First of all at L23 you're going to want less stomp and more crushing blow. A good build I use is 6 rage 6 hs 4 cb 1 beckon 3 stomp 1 crip 1 iron. Second of all you don't want to hs after stomp against bears. You're going to want to do beckon hs cb stomp sms. If you're gonna use the builds provided here then against mages use hs first to make them heal then use beckon stomp and to nuke them when their heal is cooling down. There is a lot of other advice that I disagree with but won't point out because it is mainly opinion but overall nice guide.

For the balanced builds, you are missing beckon.

Anyways, I disagree with the comboes simply because most of the time people will hellscream and then beckon or they will beckon and then hellscream. Due to this, you are hit with hellscream before them and in turn will usually lose the fight.

Furthermore, your builds aren't really balanced as they seem to be variations of the nuke build. Its usually better for a bear to get more iron blood and crushing blow rather than stomp.

A decent build that I used at 22 was
    6 rage 6 hs 3 Iron blood 3 beck 2 stomp 1 sms
    or
    6 rage 6 hs 2 iron blood 3 beck 2 stomp 1 sms 1 cripple.
These builds were a bit more nukey than some others however they were still more balanced due to the 2-3 ib.

Anyways, Wrathful was right as most of the arguments I've presented are opinion based.

Good Guide, and please put some separations between the comboes.

I agree with this. I've faced your 22 bear before named cqward. You're not bad for being on the newer side. Swagtony here.

Purple would be around 700k-1m. The price fluctuates a bit.

Hey beast i agree with you on the cb part but actually at 23 you need to be letting auto do the job at a range, for example when u use beckon hs and the other bear uses beckon hs, your hs will hit first as long as you use beckon at 12m and u can continue with a mini nuke from your stomp, but thanks for the tips

Wait... Actually i meant you could do both lol, if your fingers are fast enough, enemy gets hit by hs and stomp while you get hit by beckon

I'll cut to the chase. Having 1 Beckon, 1 CB, and 1 IB is pointless.

I'll go through them one by one, starting with Beckon.

Having 1 Beckon is absolutely terrible in Team Fights. It targets only one player out of the maximum potential of targeting five (maybe 9? Never tried 9 Beckon). If you were to use beckon, the lowest level I'd recommend is 3, or basically to not use it at all. Not to mention 1 Beckon gives you around a 1-2m pulling distance? Easily kite-able and virtually useless unless on a map that contains barrels. It's more likely to harm you than it is to help you.

Having 1 CB is absolutely terrible in general, I thought this was self-explanatory. Why pick up 1 CB when you can pick up 1 Vengeful Slash? Not only is VS longer in terms of range, but in terms of damage, it conquers. 1 CB basically does nothing to a person's stats so it's not worth getting, especially with a 1m range+ damage reduction. I recommend getting 3-6 CB, or none at all.

Having 1 IB isn't as bad as having 1 on the other skills, but just as 1 CB is, 1 IB is not very beneficial. It's better to invest that 1 IB to having 3 Slashes, or a higher Beckon. I like to see Armor being an amazing stat when it's kept abundant, 1 IB is basically a hurter if you have better skills to invest that point in. I recommend having 4-6 IB, or none at all.

Created a few Lv.23 Build variants below:
    6 Rage 6 Hell Scream 3 Beckon 3 Crushing Blow 3 Stomp 1 SMS
    6 Rage 1 Hell Scream 6 Beckon 6 Stomp 3 CB
    6 Rage 1 Hell Scream 5 Beckon 6 Stomp 4 SMS
    6 Rage 6 Hell Scream 4 Beckon 2 Stomp 3 CB 1 CS
6 Rage 6 Hell Scream 1 Beckon 6 CB 1 Stomp 1 CS 1 SMS (- What I'd personally change your build to)
    0 Rage 4 IB 6 Hell Scream 6 CB 1 Beckon 1 Stomp 1 CS 1 SMS 1 VS (- A little silly Armor Build)

For the low HS ones, I'd like to add a tip: Stomp will be your HS. I personally love Nuke Builds at this level, as you actually can still kill someone/something regardless if you're being 5v1ed/3v1ed. (No wonder Jop has so many kills)

Edit: Just realized you have one of the builds I put in my post above, in a little secret spot above your pictures. I'd recommend spacing that out to be more viewable.

Hi flesh, thanks but do note that im a fbow bear and not str, so the 1-2m pull is actually significant because you can walk to your enemy while pulling, getting you 9-10m away from them, walk forward abit more then hs isnt that normal lol

Because 23 is fun! 25 is too mainstream and 22 is just 1 level away from 23
