GCD feels quicker?

Is it just me or that the GCD feels faster than it did last night? Does this have to do with the latest mini-update?

I think the fix only applied to the skill icons not cooling down even though they were used

But it could probably have factored if you felt it go quicker

I feel slower... Affecting my roundup. I blame lag, having a few mini spikes here and there. Nothing over 1k, but bad for me.

I think you're just adjusting it's getting easier for me too, but I had a hard time on some twinks today. I hadn't tried them since GCD and late shielding was rough :/

got confirmed from pvper its faster... but only they feel a 0.xx change of it, pve-er wont feel.
