An update was posted on FB. Amazon is having trouble with their servers and the problem is beyond our control it is being worked on.

I would say no, its not like we pay a monthly fee or anything. Now if we had to pay a fee for server access then I would expect a credit or reimbursement. But as it is now, logging in and playing is free, all you have paid for is content. If anything, amazon owes a lot of companies, STS included, something for the downtime.
