returning to pvp (twink)

Hi guys,

Its been a long time since I've played AL, I just would like to know currently what the most popular and competive bracket is? Also, what the best gear to offer is for a rogue 1-12 along with the weapons and trinkets etc. I return to this game having stumbled across crafting which I have no clue about lol, what are the best crafting perks to obtain as a twink rogue and an estimate of the total cost of obtaining a full set would be useful.
