AL hang loading at 19% on my laptop

anyone experiencing same as mine.. im using a laptop on playing al but since
the patch this moanin i cant log into al.. it stays at 19% loading..
devs is this a bug?

mine load fast since 0 to 18% and then i need like 10 minutes for it to reach 100%

Mine too loads way slower then before and says server under maintenance since expansion thing happened -.-

I am on Google chrome. Earlier AL would load from 1% to 100% within seconds and now after the update it is starting to load from 1% very slowly every time I close the window and re-open, as if the loaded info is not getting saved. Sometimes it loads within a second from 1% to 16%and then from 17% onwards the loading is very sluggish. And now as I type, it is stuck at 40%. Please fix this.

Same. Used to load to 100% in seconds. But now it took me 10-20 minutes to load the game when starting the game app in Google Chrome.

All same with me but remiem said on another post like this just clear your cache or reload which is CTRL F5

Tried when Carapace suggested to do it a while ago. It's still the same. Hopefully they'll find a solution for this soon

Just wanted to chime in - Chrome user, same with 19% then about 10+ minutes to get to 100% since expansion.

This too happens to be the case for me. I believe that the game is now downloaded on the loading screen instead of the old style way. So it appears that the game is re-downloading on chrome every time you close the game. What ever part of the game that is actually saved. Will load, but usually 80% of the rest of the files will be needed to be downloaded again. And if you cleared your cache, you will also need to re-download the latest patch.

same, 16% to 100% needs about 5 minutes, but after 100% the game doesn't start, it's maintenance page. Second refresh i can enter game, but if I log out, maintenance page appears again.

guys seriously ,this huge loading delay is killing us ... first time happens nd still not found why..
pls check asian servers again.networks working fine.problem appears when trying to connect to ur servers .
or a bug in new version of this game(expansion pack)..

*after i login ,game dsnt lag as it used to be .or even dc. just loading delay.. ty*

It's the same here. It takes me between 10 minutes and half an hour to log on chrome... Please take a look at this.

And yeah, I cleared cache, even tried to log from a pc that has never been used to play AL, so it's not cache/cookies/whatever.

on chrome the new client is still not saving the loaded info in cache. It is loading really slow from 16% every time and takes about 30-40 mins to load fully.

Please find a fix for this problem.It's bad enough to have missed the chance to play entirely during the restoration of Garetta.Not to mention the loss of chance to get that vanity banner in the least among other things.

Try this if u always see maintenance page,, when u already at login menu that said maintenance page just click at shield icon at top right corner then click run script,, that will refresh ur browser again, but now u can login normally after reach 100%,, always work for me,,
