Bards Tale 1 for true RPG... Adventure would be Kings Quest 1 and still the best adventure game ever made. lol

I loved that game. It was so kiddish but it was fun, my cousin who is younger harassed me to play with him lol so I joined and then got a small addiction to it for a bit.

My first rpg's were dragon warrior and final fantasy on nes. When I was like 5 or 6 ( late 1980's, lol) my mom took me to a local flea market. One of the merchants had nes and sega master system games. She told me to go ahead and pick two, and those were the two I went with
