He asked HOW TO GET THEM .... By completing daily quests given by stallion and elvene I gerratta village. Stallion is at the beginning of map on the left. Elvene is just left of auction

The Orc Tags can be obtained by completing the daily quests in Garetta Village.
1) Stallon (beginning of the Garetta Village town/opposite the blue portal) He'll give you 8 tags
2) Elvene (the one standing with purple imbued set on the left of auction) will award you 5 tags
Also, I've seen people saying that they didn't get the quest or get gold instead of tags... I believe you must be capped to Level 46 first in order to be able to get the Orc Tags

Yes, I think it's bugged too. I can't take the quest from Elvene (5 tags) either. Can't take it yesterday. Came back today and still not available :/

I'm having the same problem with the 5 Orc Tags quest. Did quest yesterday but today hasn't popped up for me all day.
elvene is probably dating someone and left a dummy - so no quests for us :/

No tags for even level 46 wt to do
I don't get any orc tags I'm level 46 and stallion is not given me quest
Check to see if you finished the story line
