It is, since the chaos jewels for twinks aren't that great. But the armor jewel is also OP, so some might be trying to swap the two without losing the para gem itself.

Its unclear wether the para gems are still OP. with the release of the new chaos jewels, the maxed out version provides 1,68 damage. So
the para gem has only 0.32 damage more. But the special light effects are still nice i guess.
But for twinks it is certainly very good and better than chaos, lvl 40+ is a different story
The first gem bonus is still good...so make sure to keep one Para :-)
