Chaos yewel drops from locks,or from new maps? Im not sure,cuz half of ppl I asked told me its from locks ,second half told me Rengol maps....whats right? locks? new maps? both?

Havent heard any chaos jels dropping from mobs, so theyre probably lock exclusive.

They come from both locks and mobs in the new maps. Better odds on boss, but anyone can drop them. Will get a screenie of next one.
