Do the Blessings of Vitality and Might increase per level? I know the mana cost goes down, but do the +1s, etc. increase?

Nothing changes but the mana cost as far as I know, and I have tried them at various levels.

Your mana just goes up each level, as long as your putting attributes in INT. The cost doesn't change.

He's asking about the effect of skill points (1-5) assigned to the buffs, not the effect of Int points.
