15-17. Rogues can farm warriors in vs if u get good. Nostek is still too hard to beat though. You can one combo mages without shield. Rogue vs doesnt last forever but its not 3 seconds either. Pretty balanced level for rogues. Granted, this is coming from someone with good gear, soon to be better and nekro. But if you have maridos/singe and good gear u will do well at this lvl

it all depends on your tactics. If the war has better tactics he will win. Or if the rouge has better tactics the rouge will win.
