More questions about sts support?
So last wednesday i made a case in support because i accidentally bought the booster to 41 on my twink and i wanted it to be reverted. Until now I have heard nothing back and it said the status of the case was new. Just now i checked again and it says the status of the case it open.
What does it mean when it says status: open? Does this mean its being looked at. This is my first time contacting support so any help is greatly appreciated

Yes I think so. First there's "New" then lastly "Closed/Resolved" So open is somewhere is between
