How to use chatbox

Ok so I've been trying to figure out how to use chatbox, do you need a certain amount of posts? or am i just being a nub ._.

Can you see that chatbox at all?
Have you been able to use it in the past?
Are you accessing this site via Tapatalk? iOS/Android vB app? mobile site? or full site?
Are you using a mobile device (i.e. tablet, phone, iPod, etc.) or a computer?

I guess they post to the CB because the AL TradersMarket subforum moves fast (I posted a thread there once, it was on page2 within 1hr lol)

I know what the chatbox is, but it does not let me type in the box, so i was wondering why it would not let me

This is what I see (minus the black lines and red box (I drew those))

Perhaps the green dot (I've put a red box around it) is turned off (i.e. shows a grey-ish color)
When the dot is green, the textbox showing "Message" should be written without being italicized

When the dot is grey, the textbox showing "Message" will be written like this: "Message"

So try clicking the dot (if its grey), then see if you can type into the box

If u have a chat box ban you can't see it anymore.
