Skill button area too small?

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab.

I don't know if it depends on one of recents client changes, but I frequently missed skill activation because I tapped "near" the skill icon instead of directly above it. Most of the time, the tapped area is between two skills and the effect is to "move" character in that map place.

There it was changes in sensitive area detection on Android? Someone has the same problem? It will be a feasible improvement to change sensitive area from current circle to a larger square (without changing the visual of skill bar)?

I have samsung galaxy 3 and sometimes it haves the same problem ! But most time it works !
