Would I get banned for this?

So a couple weeks ago I accidentally lvled up my lvl 17 twink nekro rogue to 41 with the booster. Support managed to lvl my character back down to pvp but it still has the lvl 41 epic gears...and a lvl 41 porkchop. I was just testing it out on one of my guildies. Hes a rogue with maxed gear and porkchop was hitting him for 436 per hit. Thats hella op. Plus the AA is pretty useful for a war. So my questions is do you think I'd get banned if I used this in pvp even though its lvl 41? I asked them to remove the pet and gear in my support case but idk. I dont really wanna use it in pvp cuz Its lvl 41 but idk. What are your thoughts?

I am guessing it doesn't come in levels before 41. This was likely an unintended consequence of allowing deleveling for an insta-leveled toon.

They should have refunded the plat and taken the accessories back, restoring your toon to the pre-purchase state. Contact support.

Hehe I warned the twink guild world of this bug. I'm sure STS will be taking care of this bug within the day! Just don't get farmed by this bug until they fix! I always joked that this day would come xD
