Chaos Jewel Bug

Now, after a restart,my stats appear correct. There is definitely a bug, but do not know when it occurs.

Wanted to complain only about chaos but apparently a lot more gems and jewels are bugged.
Glacial gems give actually +3 not +4, grands only give +6. Weak Mind Jewel only give +2, not 3.

A lot of people noticed the bug with the Chaos Jewels. Damaged Chaos Jewels grants 1.0 damage which is more than on the description while cracked jewels offer no bonus at all, opposed to the promised .4ish.

Can that get fixed together with a drop chance increase for the primary stats?

Jewels may be bugged (Chaos is definitely), but gems are not. They scale according to level of gear.
