Well i don't think fatalcry is that good of a 40 bear. i 1v1'd him on my 35 fox and he won 10-8 witch still pretty bad.
I think all the really good ones has quit pl and is playing al atm.. :P
I've beaten every 40 going on Certi. That being said, the majority of 40s have beaten me. Frankly, fatal was arrogant & without reason as the last time I saw him I believe his *** stayed sat down for the following 2 games.
Rushur is a very good 40 despite him using plat pack (I believe its trashy - maybe just me being stubborn from lv20 plat pack abusers).

Depends iRandom if they're nooby then there isnt/shouldn't be any need for you to do this. However if they're relatively decent then there probably is ��
