Level 71 int mage

Hey, so ive come back to PL recently and decided to try out a 71 mage, if anyone has a good build for a pure int mage then i would be happy to hear from you!

EDIT: I am focusing mostly on PvP

I don't think it's the exact build but this was my first one :P
Consider no weakness and max ms and frost
