Don't know is shadowlurk is in that price range but he is undoubtedly the best legendary pet not from event.
I know Orion is an okay pet, I'll look around auction and edit this post.
EDIT: Orion is a very cheap pet that is okay for sorcerer, but he lacks. Around 20k for Orion.
Colton: Provides decent damage and int, but lacks in health, basically like not even having a pet. Not sure of price.
Crawley: This is nice for PvP, the stats are alright but the AA is good for trapping someone down. About 60k in auction.
Haxonite: Not sure of its AA, but the stats look like they're pretty good. I think it was 105k in auction.
Shadowlurke: Probably the best pet, in auction for 140k right now, has great stats and great AA.

Might get a pet like nightshade for gold tier in usroth mate which would be handy
