Happy Easter! Arlor Egg Hunt

Starting TODAY until Thursday 4/21, mobs and bosses will be dropping something new... eggs! These eggs contain all sorts of goodies. Each egg drops something a little different...


Green eggs are the cash eggs and have a chance to drop:

+ 1g
+ 25g
+ 100g
+ 250g
+ 500g
+ 2000g


Blue eggs are the crafting eggs and have a chance to drop:

+ 1 Cracked Jewel (any type)
+ 1 Ren'gol Orc Tag
+ Bronze Trinket (used to craft an Ankh)
+ Silver Trinket (used to craft an Ankh)
+ 1 Gold Ankh

**As a part of the event you have a recipe added to the crafting station that will allow you to craft Ankhs from trinkets for the duration of the event.**


Red eggs are token eggs and have a chance to drop:
+ 1-2 Ren'gol Orc Tags
+ 1-2 Glintstone Coins
+ 10 Story Tokens
+ 1 Planar Fragment
+ 1-2 Hauntlet Tokens
+ 1-2 Dragkin Teeth
+ 1 Respec Scroll
+ Recipe: Gold Arlorian Egg


The recipe for the Gold Arlorian Egg is worth its weight in gold indeed. Craft 10 normal eggs into a gold egg.


Which will give you...


a chance at:

+ 5000g
+ 10000g
+ 15000g
+ 25000g
+ 25 Ankh (25 plat value)
+ 5 Respec Scrolls (25 plat value)
+ 5 Dragkin Teeth
+ Glintstone Coins

AND.... *drumroll*

A mythic ring!

The Arlorian Egg-shelled Band. It has a proc on dealing damage that will give you an extra 20% XP gain for limited time, plus an additional 10% to luck (stacks with lepre amulet and luck elixirs). Wow! Dropped rings will scale to your current level and will be available to levels 2+.

Here's a look at the stats at the rings' highest level of 51. Stats will be scaled down accordingly at lower levels:

There will also be a vendor available for the event where you can purchase the new Arlorian Egg-shelled Band for 200 platinum. However, this purchased ring will be account bound, while the dropped rings are tradable.

if you check the circle color on left of enemies' health bar, you can see that most of it are blue-colored, assuming that it is using the legacy threat level system, it is actually showing the level difference between you and the enemies

gray -> 4++ level below you
?? -> 3 level below
green -> 2 level below
light blue -> 1 level below
blue -> equal
dark blue -> 1 level above
yellow -> 2 level above
orange -> 3 level above
red -> 4++ level above

and mobs that you were talking about has blue color... so, assuming this indicator is correct, you were actually fighting l56 enemies,
and then carapace once said that when you're adding a party member, mobs will increase their level by 1 per member

sooo, assuming that the indicator is actually showing enemies' base level, although it is showing blue, in 4 member party, you're fighting 56+3 level mobs,
but, there is a bottom and top limit on how enemies can scale, e.g. tindirin can't scale more than l52, elite underhul can't scale lower than 55, and what carapace implies when he said about l61 mobs, he was talking about this upper limit

this also explained several phenomena about unexpected enemies buffs happened, e.g. the case when normal tindirin was prepared for rengol expansion, before the preparation, enemies were only l41 max, even in 4 man party, but after the preparation, the upper limit were raised, and in 4 man party, they had become l41+3, making it unexpectedly hard in 4 man party, but has (maybe :P) unchanged difficulty when soloing. it also justify what devs were saying when they actually did not buff anything

it's all based on assumption though :P, but devs might have done nothing regarding shadow buffs or similar things
