Maybe because it's so obvious as to why it's bad.

Elite Vanities gotten through level caps become tradeable.

Founder's Helm becomes tradeable.

Plat-bought vanities become tradeable.

To sum it up:

Rare items become less rare. No need to add gas to the fire.
