Spacetime support

So recently i have been hacked and lost everything on my account, i contacted spacetime games but have not received an answer yet. Does anyone know if they are still active? Or
Am i just doomed?

You'll have to wait a while they usually take 3-7 days

Takes longer then it use to, stg is mostly focuses on al and champions, also exclude weekends from your wait time ( they don't work).
