Questions about 23 PvP.

Hey I have a couple of questions when it comes to 23 PvP, I'm moving there pretty soon. I will be no noob but I won't be maxed. I will have at least 1 para and all my gear will have grand gems. Pet will be maridos. In 23 PvP, what is some of the best PvP guilds? And is nekro a must? You don't have to have stacked para right?
